We offer a full refund on unopened and open bottles, up to 30 days after receipt of your purchase, after using the product consistently for 30 days.
Please be aware that Formula Trim is a supplement to an effective exercise and diet plan.
How to return the product:
If you have used the product for 30 days and not seen results, please email us at info@formulatrim.com to notify us of your intention & reasons for returning the product (along with your name, address & order number).
Please ensure you:
- Use a tracked delivery service, as we may not be able to refund you if the items are not returned to us or are lost in the mail. Include the following information & items in the package:
- Your name
- Address
- Order number
- Along with all used (empty bottles) and unused items that were sent to you.
- You are responsible for return shipping. We recommend including a tracking option or shipping insurance as an additional security measure.
- After receiving your return to our designated address provided to you, we will verify the contents and your proof of purchase. We will send you an email confirming the status of your refund. Please allow 5 to 10 calendar days for this step.
- Once your refund is approved, your purchase will be refunded to your original method of payment, unless you have advised us otherwise. Please allow 48 to 72 hours after receiving our confirmation email for the refund to display on your credit card or bank
